Contest Rules and Regulations: 

It is the responsibility of the participant to read and follow all Contest rules and instructions to be eligible to receive a prize.  Please READ below BEFORE submitting an entry form.

  1. All entrants must be US residents who are at least 21 years of age as of date of Contest's winner selection.
  2. Employees and their families of BARTENDER Magazine, Contest's Company(s) listed on contest page, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, alcohol beverage wholesalers and their respective affiliates, and employees of federal or state liquor authorities are not eligible to participate.
  3. Entries are automatically submitted by completing our online survey at Survey.Bartender.com. There is no other entry form.
  4. Contestants may submit one(1) entry per month by returning and completing the survey again. Online entries will only be accepted when submitted after a 30 day period online. Upon submission, all entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged nor returned. BARTENDER Magazine, Bartender.com's Webmaster and Web Hosting Company, the Contest Company(s) Sponsors and their affiliates are not responsible for any lost, damaged mis-emailed or undelivered entries.
  5. By entering a contest, each entrant and/or winner acknowledges that the Sponsor, BARTENDER Magazine, and their affiliates shall have the right to use each entrant's name, signature, likeness and statements in any advertising and/or promotional activities relating to the stated contest without compensation or obligation to the entrant.
  6. If applicable for the current contest: All winners will be required to verify their mailing address OR sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity release and indemnification relating to entrant's participating in the contest and the prize, and any other documents relating to the contest, the entrant's submission or the prize that is deemed necessary (together; the "Documents") by contest organizers. Once notified of potential winning status, the entrant must return the duly completed Documents, within the stated amount of days, of their having been sent by the Sponsor or BARTENDER Magazine.
  7. BARTENDER Magazine will award prizes as stated on that Survey's web page, or as stated in the published document within the magazine. Taxes, if any, on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners unless stated otherwise. The winner acknowledges that BARTENDER Magazine retains the right to publish the winning recipe, joke, or comments included with an entry in an issue of the magazine. All entries become the property of sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The winners will be notified by EMAIL; the names of the prize winners will appear in an upcoming issue of BARTENDER Magazine.
  8. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws apply.
  9. No purchase necessary to enter.
